WHO IS ARTHUR LONGO?
Who wouldn't dream of riding like Arthur Longo? His ultra-calm aerial style and his control have something to envy. Originally from France, he has raw talent, and his ability to attack any type of slope makes him one of the most complete snowboarders. Whether it's the Olympics or smaller snowpark events, he makes riding at his level feel like a leisurely walk in the park.
SNOW SINCE THE 90S
This is not his first rodeo for the 32 year old guy. This French snowboarder has been hitting the slopes since the 90s and has racked up a ton of prizes.
COMPETITION AND SNOW VIDEOS
In his well-filled list, there is notably his first victory in 1999 as French Halfpipe champion. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2010, he won many events that led him straight to the Vancouver Olympics. His passage will be marked by a 19th position in the Halfpipe. His frenetic race did not stop there: in 2013, he won 2nd position in the SuperPire at the Winter X Games. This will allow him to return to the Olympic scene in Sochi in 2014, where he will go to the semi-finals.

Of course, snowboarding in the big Rocky Mountains is insane. Everyone knows that. But for 99% of winter sports enthusiasts, it is not at all accessible. On the other hand, side hits are within everyone's reach. What are side hits? These are jumps on slightly weird bumps. These are hollows in the sides of ski slopes made by creative riders.
