Every year, towards the end of September, the same question comes back to us. Do I take a season pass to my favorite mountain or do I go there with day tickets? In both cases, there are positives and negatives.
Daily ticket:
It is clear that if you have nomadic consumption habits, by which I mean that you are not loyal to a ski resort and that you wander between Mont-Édouard and Valinouët, the daily tickets are for you. . If you're also the type of person who arrives at 8:30 am and plans your days in advance, day tickets are for you. Finally, if you only ride four or five times a year, go for day tickets.
Season card:
On the other hand, if you are loyal to a mountain and you have Valinouët in your blood, a season card may be possible. If you ride more than a fortnight in the same resort, the season pass will quickly pay for itself. And my best point, unequivocally, is the flexibility. What could be better than taking Wednesday morning off for a first chair! You get up at 7 a.m., have a little coffee on the road, first forward of the chairs, 4 runs of fresh pow and you go back down to work. What could be better than waking you up hangover on Saturday morning and saying, I'm gonna get to the mountain just around 12:30 and do some runs with the bros. It's not something you would do if you had to pay for the $40 day ticket, believe me.
We are aware that season cards are expensive, but for our part, the flexibility they offer is incomparable. You will certainly increase the number of riding days per year.
